How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

Get this DVD at Amazon On Friday we saw the romantic comedy How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days starring Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson.
We saw the movie at the notorious Cinema City which was a little bit disappointing but still something to check out once.

The movie was funny, easy-going and both main actors were charming.
Even though it is a chick movie, I recommend you drag your boyfriend/husband to see it, they won't be as disappointed as they expected.

Guy just wanted to make it clear: this review was written and the score was determined by Keren!

Just Married

Get this movie at amazonYesterday we saw Just Married.
Although Ashton Kutcher had a great role in Dude Where's My Car, this movie pretty much sucked.

Nothing much really happens it's just a movie about a couple on their honeymoon and how everything goes wrong and ruins their marriage.

Overall it's a boring movie (how many times can you see the main character getting hit on the head?).

The Hot Chick

Get this DVD at amazonOn Friday we saw The Hot Chick.
Even though this is a Rob Schneider movie it's basically a chick flick.
Having said that, I still pretty much enjoyed watching it (but Keren liked it more than I did).

There isn't too much to say about this movie just a fun Friday-afternoon film (FFF).

One cool thing about it is Adam Sandler's funny role as a bongo player.

Ice Age

Get this DVD at amazonToday we saw Ice Age.
It's a pretty funny movie, with some great computer generated graphics.
Although it's not as good as Shrek or Monsters Inc. (which were both amazing movies) this is another great movie in this genre.

The graphics in these movies just keep getting better and better over the past few years.
Just comparing some of the beginning scenes in Toy Story 1 (from 1995) to scenes in the computer graphic movies from this year show some astounding progress.

BTW: I just noticed that Shrek 2 should be coming out in 2004....
